1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Harmoney, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not use our platform.
2. Agent Requirements
To sell lessons or services as an agent, you must:
- Complete the agent onboarding process
- Maintain an active Square account
- Provide accurate information and content
- Comply with all applicable laws
3. Content & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you upload. By posting, you grant Harmoney a license to display and distribute your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content you upload.
4. ƒarmoney System
ƒarmoney is a platform currency with no cash value. Bonus ƒarmoney is awarded at our discretion for achievements and approved receipts. We reserve the right to modify reward amounts or eligibility.
5. Payments & Payouts
Real money transactions are processed through Square. Payouts typically process within 3-5 business days. Chargebacks may result in account suspension pending investigation.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Submit fraudulent receipts or fake transactions
- Share lesson content without proper payment
- Harass or abuse other users
- Attempt to manipulate the ƒarmoney system
- Use automated tools to game achievements
7. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Fraudulent activity results in immediate termination and forfeiture of all ƒarmoney.
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes should be submitted through our support channels. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues fairly within 10 business days.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance. Major changes will be communicated via email.
